Cody Taylor, FNP-BC

Cody founded Sageview Medical with a simple goal: to create a healthcare experience that feels personal, welcoming, and centered around the individual.

With experience as both a critical care nurse practitioner and emergency room nurse, he brings a strong clinical background to his practice. Just as important, he wants every patient to feel heard, comfortable asking questions, and genuinely involved in their care.

At Sageview Medical, Cody provides personalized support for health, wellness, weight management, aesthetics, and everyday medical needs in a setting that feels approachable and unhurried. His philosophy is simple: healthcare should support your life, not take it over.

Taylor Kiser RN, BSN

Taylor is a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Injector with eight years of critical care experience. She combines her clinical background with a passion for helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Her approach focuses on enhancing natural features and creating results that feel balanced, personalized, and true to each patient. Outside of work, Taylor is a mom of two girls and enjoys spending time with her family.
